The fifth ultra-long and wide-body kiln is connected to two 38,000-ton intelligent continuous roller presses. The length of the ultra-long and wide-body kiln is 380 meters, and the inner clear width is 3.15 meters. It can cost 1200/two pieces and 800/three pieces. The sheets are fired at the same time, with a production capacity of up to 30,000 cubic meters per day. The launch of this production line will further meet the standardization, quality and customized production needs of Xiangda Chuangzhan rock slabs, provide product support of different specifications and thicknesses for whole house decoration/customization, and realize the transformation of rock slabs from dining tables and countertops to Comprehensive coverage for applications that require thinner thickness, such as slate wardrobes, composite material applications, etc.
